Rikki has over 30 years experience in the customer service industry and her skills are unmatched! She began her animal care career with us in 2012. She enjoys making wine tags in her spare time.

Dani started working with us in 2018. She has worked many positions and is currently working as a veterinary assistant and customer service representative. She is married and has 2 children, Blair and Cain.

Jackie graduated the School of Hard Knocks! She enjoys walking, working out, reading, and spending time with her family. Her pets? Jackie claims to have too many to list! She is a no-nonsense, hard worker who has many years of customer service under her belt.
